Camino Confraternities and Associations
Pilgrim associations have developed in many countries, which provide resources such as pilgrim passports and pilgrim forums, sponsor events such as hospitalero training and pilgrim gatherings, put out newsletters of updates and events, etc. Joining your local confraternity is a great way to give back to the camino and to stay involved with the community of people around the world who are supporting and encouraging pilgrimage today. Within country associations, many local and regional chapters exist to support pilgrims in specific areas.
